Salad :Breaded veal and yogurt sauce





















Preparation time 20 minutes

Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients

500 g fillet of veal
2 natural yoghurts
2 v. curry soup
1 cup flour
1 cup light beer
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
1 fryer

Preparation

Cut the meat into pieces, salt and pepper and mix with a whole egg to

obtain a farce smooth.

Mix flour and beer and then add 2 egg yolks and mix.

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff then gently fold the mixture.

Prepare small dumplings with meat filling.

Dip the dumplings in the batter and then in the boiling oil

for fluff and color.

Drain the fritters, veal and beat the yogurt with curry powder, salt and pepper.

Serve piping hot fried veal accompanied by yogurt sauce cold.

You can add 1 tablespoon tablespoons minced meat curry.

You can also replace the curry with chilli powder, make

small balls and serve the fritters as an appetizer fritte
