I was once a fat girl which bothers me for such a long time ,people like play trick on me. As I always busy for my work and I like sweety food ,but I found tha’t not right ,my health is also a problem, family and friends ask me to control my fat .So after a long time struggle ,finally I succeed
I’m glad to tell you my own experience which will give you some help . Some of you use diet pills or not eating food that is bad for your health,and reboud easily .For pregnant woman is normal to add weight,some children are heredity from their parents ,some are eating too much garbage food .It’s commen that nowdatys eating too much garbage food .Obese problem will cause many illness.
First , you should have perseverance,the fact is that you can control yourself well.Eating low-calorie food ,such as lettuce,tomato,kelp, potato and so on.You must avoid garbage food ,especially Mcdonald's food ,fired food .Every day have your diet in time ,eating slowly ,chewing long time will help you digest smoothly .Then fruits are your good friends,apple,banana,oranges ,drink proper water,most of all is the balance of your nutrition .Never think about slimming.At last ,take exercise is a good choice,have a walking with your best friends,or go hiking outside, you can promote your friendship and also help you have a slender figure.How wonderful it is .
